Shipping Policy

* DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK, PLEASE ALLOW AN EXTRA FEW DAYS FOR SHIPPING *
 

  • OUR VENDORS ship within the 50 U.S. states using MULTIPLE CARRIERS. We are NOT able to ship to any P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
     

  • International SHipping IS NOT INCLUDED IN FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
     

  • Orders are typically received within 3 - 5 business days. (3 - 7 for AK & HI)
     

  • For overnight delivery, please contact us first as additional shipping charges will apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Once an order has been PLACED IT IS sent to production AT the Print Provider and can no longer be edited in any details or canceled.
     

  • If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, THE29LINE is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible as the customer for capturing the right information when placing your order.
     

  • we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like a manufacturing error, printing issues and such, please contact us directly via our contact form with any such issues. 
     

  • if aN EXCHANGE IS ABSOLUTELY NEEDED FOR A PRODUCT, PLEASE contact us. 
    NOTE: THE CUSTOMER IS responsible for shipping charges for the return of the product to be exchanged, and the shipping of the the replacement product.
