This is for an Exchange Shipping Charge.
We do offer free shipping on the inital purchase. and generally don't do exhanges for problems with ordering a wrong size etc, but if you really need to exhange it, we have a flat rate to cover the cost of re-shipping an exchange to you. You are responsible for the charges for shipping your item back to us at the address provided in our customer service email.

Return & Exchange Policy
Once an order has been placed, it is sent to production at the Print Provider and can no longer be edited in any details or canceled. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, THE29LINE is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible as the customer for capturing the right information when placing your order. we can offer a replacement order free of charge if there are any issues with the order, like a manufacturing error, printing issues and such, please contact us directly via our contact form with any such issues.
